November and December Reports

1. A Nukkad Natak on the topic *Emotional Hygiene* was conducted on *11th November 2025* to create awareness about the importance of emotional well-being among students and the community. The street play effectively highlighted how emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness, when suppressed, can affect mental health, and emphasized the need to recognize, express, and manage emotions in a healthy manner. Through relatable situations, impactful dialogue, and clear message, the performance conveyed that emotional hygiene is as essential as physical hygiene for leading a balanced and healthy life. The activity received an encouraging response from the audience and successfully promoted empathy, emotional awareness, and positive coping skills.

2. Vikas – The Concept School conducted an *online* parent awareness session titled *“Empowering Parents for Adolescent Safety” on 19th December 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.* The session aimed to empower parents with an understanding of adolescent emotional, social, and digital safety concerns and to equip them with practical strategies to support their children effectively.
Key areas discussed included adolescent developmental changes, the importance of emotional safety and open communication, digital awareness, peer pressure, early warning signs, and the role of parents as mentors rather than controllers. The interactive session encouraged reflection and dialogue, enabling parents to strengthen trust and connection with their adolescents. Overall, the session was well received and successfully reinforced the importance of parent–school collaboration in promoting adolescent well-being.

3. A parent awareness session on *“Empowering Parents for Children’s Personal Safety”* was conducted by Vikas The Concept School on *20 December 2025* to sensitize parents about the importance of early personal safety education. The session covered key aspects such as body ownership, personal boundaries, safe and unsafe touch, stranger awareness, secrets versus surprises, identifying trusted adults, basic digital safety, and the crucial role of parents in building open, trusting communication at home. Parents actively participated in the discussion and shared positive feedback, expressing increased awareness and confidence in addressing personal safety concerns with their children. The session reinforced the importance of a strong school–parent partnership in ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
