Library of Vikas
The most valuable facility offered by Vikas - The Concept School has been its precious library. Placed in the second floor with an excellent ventilation and a circular seating arrangement, the library of Vikas presents before you, a picturesque and serene view with the quiet a beautiful hill-range around it.
Books for all age groups
The library contains a number of books belonging to a wide range of categories. It includes science & technology, computer education, mathematics, languages, social studies, encyclopaedia, general knowledge, aptitude, philosophy, biographies, autobiographies, fantasies, fiction, children's books etc. Many a magazine, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and daily newspapers are available in the library, it serves the purpose of all age groups of students, from Lkg to Class Xll.
Exchanging ideas
Each class in the school is provided with a library period, during which time the pupils are taken to the library and are made to sit there and read books, suitable to their age. Thus the children are encouraged to develop not just good reading habits and comprehension skills but also public behaviour and decency. One can, without doubt, say that the library in Vikas is the best place there that contributes to one's creativity, imagination and integrity.
