An inquisitive Vikasian
The bio lab of vikas is well kept with the latest equipments like Microscope with temporary and permanent slides, specimens, models, and charts. Every child is allowed to handle the microscope individually. At vikas bio-lab, we also have a videoscope where-in picture of the slide appears on a bigger screen so all the children could have a better view of the slides.
Physics Lab
Physics Lab is also one of the attractions in Vikas. The lab is very frequently used by the children for every query. Experiments are done in the Lab.
Chemistry lab
Science is a systematic process of learning. According to Dr. D.S.Kothari - "to learn science is to do science, there is no other way of learning science." At Vikas, we aim at the main objective of teaching science, that is, to develop observational, experimental, manipulative and drawing skills in children. The Children bring out the experiments out of text-books to reality at the Chem-Lab.
Hostel students at Vikas
The hostel at Vikas is very clean and tidy. Students are nurtured with hygienically prepared homely food, ensuring proper diet. Every child is assigned to a mentor who provides parental affection and is persistently concerned with his protege’s progress.
Post school activity
Every child gets special attention to the activity he/she likes. Special coaches for every activity are assigned so as to get the best out of every in-house Vikasian. For activities like Cricket and Skating too we have experienced coaches.

Doctor and an attendant
A full-time dedicated doctor and an attendent at Vikas makes it easier for the hostlers as well as the day-scholar children to get the necessary and timely treatment.
Hair-cutting saloon
A hair-cutting saloon for the boarders is provided with-in the premises of the school. Also well mechanised laundry facility is available for the boarders which takes care of washing and pressing of clothes everyday.
